Nice location, good price

As a starting point to explore the city this hotel matches what you can expect for a 2 star hotel. Actually offers more. It is not a holiday resort but a very well located and in good conditions and comfort for short stays (I stayed there 2 times 2 nights). Friendly staff!

Nice Stay

It is a local budget hotel. So don't expect a 5 star service from here. Everything is simple and if you are looking for just a short stay, this is ideal hotel for you. The hotel response is good. my toilet tap was leaking and they fixed it immediately after I had reported. The internet speed here is really good.

Old But Charming

A room large enough to accommodate a couple of settees and tea table with king sized bed situated directly across from with large view window overlooking Central Park. A very good value overall double glazing keeps very busy Boulevard noise at tolerable level.

i ask for towel, they never came! my girlfriend lost 2 million vnd there! they didnt clean the room well. never turn back here...

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Two of them speak english. With others, google translate app helps. Passport is kept for whole duration of stay, a first for me. Good location. 10mins taxi to Ben Thanh market. Convenient store next door. Hotel laundry is quick but lousy. They do not iron the clothes but charge you the price which include washing plus ironing. Use it because it is practical if you are travelling light. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was included. Nothing fancy though. Overall, i do recommend the place if your budget is limited.

Just a Average hotel

I had been staying here for more than 3 times but this time was not so great. the air conditioner is not working very well. the washroom sink is chopped. the water heater is not working very well. the bed linen is dirty and cause my body to have rashes and itchy. Although the price is cheap but I don't think I will come back here again.

If you need this location, you need this location.

Besides needing to be vacuumed (small bits of wrappers on the floor) and the obvious age of the room, it seemed clean. Two days later, when it had not been cleaned, I asked for it to be cleaned, I was told it would be, but it was not (3 night stay). They did bring clean towels at my request (it didn't bother me that they woke up the people in the room next door, they where so loud about it that I knew to come to the door and get my towels). The include breakfast was ok. You can get better in Saigon in the $25 and under range, I believe a fair market price for the room with breakfast is $17-21 inclusive of all fees. Staff changes might help, but really to push it's value to $25 or above it needs a remodel.

Schlecht organisiertes Hotel

Da wir wussten dass wir spät kommen würden habe ich sowohl telefonisch als auch persönlich darauf hingewiesen und darum gebeten die reservierten Zimmer für uns bereitzuhalten.Als wir dann ankamen war davon nichts bekannt und wir mussten warten bis noch ein Zimmer gereinigt war.Die Zimmer waren angekündigt als Zimmer mit Aussicht,hatten jedoch nur einFenster zur gegenüberliegenden waren also fast ohne Tageslicht.Das Bad war dringend sanierungsbedürftig.Das Frühstück war schlecht,und entsprach nicht der Ankündigung.Bei der Abreise wurde in Frage gestellt dass der Aufenthalt bezahlt sei,und wir mussten 30 Min für die Klärung warten

Déçus

J'y ai séjourné 4 nuits (3 nuits + 1 nuit supplémentaire). L’hôtel en lui-même est assez propre. Le personnel est accueillant. L'ensemble était plutôt bon jusqu'à ce que je rende les clés. 12h30 au lieu de 12h00 ils me l’ont facturé. Pourtant, il y a un jour ou la femme de ménage n'est pas passé j'en ai pas tenu compte, de plus on m'a facturé une boisson supplémentaire que je n'ai jamais bu ni même ouvert. Le matin, les femmes de ménage cri dans les couloirs, impossible de se reposer.
