"First time visiting Saigon with our family. We are so glad we chose this hotel. We got the two bedroom suite and it’s very spacious. The front desk staff are super nice, helpful and professional. They always greet us in and out, always open the doors with a smile. They even tried to help us cross the street. Just incredible service. They did the dishes for us in the morning which was surprising. One thing we didn’t know that they will inspect all towels and count every item at checkout. Just make sure to not use the towel to clean the table. We got some towels dirty but the front desk were nice and just took care of us. If we are in Saigon again, we will stay here for sure. You will not regret staying here. Thank you staff. Cam on nhieu."

"The staff was very welcoming and greeted us. The lady Mai at the reception even took our whatsapp number to text us when the room was ready because we arrived before checked-in if the room was ready before the standard time. Breakfast was generous and diversified. Location is awesome and all major D1 spots for visits are at walking distance. Would 100% recommend this hotel. They packed us a breakfast as we told them we had an early checkout."
