"The breakfast was not free. $5 for a cup of coffee, and $5 for toast is a little pricy. The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up. "

"Check in was smooth and they were able to give me a room early! I had booked another hotel in a “sketchy” area and they told me to come back at 4, so I booked Double Tree and was so grateful. Ocean at the front desk was a pure delight. Thank you double tree. Will be staying here on all future visits to PBI"
