"We had a great weeks stay here. Yes, the actual room is probably not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices. It is cleaned and water, coffee etc replenished each day. The breakfast is amazing! A great mix of stuff including vegan and GF options. We loved the ginger shots. You can even have a prosecco for breakfast! The staff all work incredibly hard. The location is also fantastic. There is an Italian on the corner which is delicious and a food court in the shopping mall 2 mins walk which has a lot of cheap and quick choices for budget meals."

"The room was fairly clean. The location was good - close to public transport and several restaurants. The air conditioning didn’t work well but it was better than no AC at all. The staff was very helpful and I was able to leave my bags at the hotel since I arrived before check-in."

"I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: Soundproof. Air conditioning. Helpful staff, big thanks to Vova for solving the issues. Cons: very poor breakfast, menue was not changed for 9 days and very limited options. Terrible bedding - especially pillows and mattresses. Cleaning was done poorly. Location is Ok, not the best. Far from major attractions. This hotel is ok if you are on a short business trip, not on a vacation."

The staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a relaxing stay."

"Have stayed here before about 10 years ago when the hotel was called The Corinthian. Property has been upgraded and made more modern in most areas. The pool/sauna complex has been changed and it could do with an upgrade as the saunas and steam room are in need of some tlc. The subway station next to the hotel was unfortunately closed for our whole stay which complicated getting into downtown. Don’t remember seeing anything from the hotel when we were making the reservation through Expedia or we probably would have booked elsewhere."
