"Do not expect a 5* or luxury experience here. The rooms are very basic and the hotel is very much in need of renovation and modernisation. It is more like a 3* hotel. That said, staff were excellent and very helpful."

"The front desk staff was hit or miss - One staff member female was particularly 'ornery' She just could not be bothered. And in fact enve though rooms were ready - we arrived at 11 and check in was 3PM. Was going to have us wait...she 'reluctantly' agreed to do so. Never a smile or a ny type of welcome...we ..."
