Convenient and Exceptionally Helpful Staff

"This hotel was not great because of location, but also because of the staff. Lucia and Anna went out of their way to help us with all our questions tours etc. They were great, but all at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Great team at desk, cleaning crew, breakfast help, and bellmen. Loved this hotel."

"Everything was perfect, including the daily breakfast buffet. Location is top notch for food options, transportation and shopping. Easy to take public transport to/from the airport. Main train station is a 15 min walk. I did have a small disappointment though. The in room safe didn't work. Waited for a day for the technician to come to fix it but they never showed up. In room safe was one of the reasons why I picked Residence Bene. If the in room safe is important to you, I would suggest you contact the hotel before your arrival to ensure it is in working order. "

"You enter property from main street (not back side street due to construction). We were able to take the bus from airport then metro to old town. On corner where metro/subway comes to street is the main street. You can walk to hotel or take the tram. The tram by hotel takes you everywhere you need to go (22). Charles Bridge is only a few steps away. Easy Check in & out. No breakfasts due to construction. Easy lift to floors with luggage. "
