"Great hotel. Location was great adjacent to old town hall. For a 22 room hotel, this property had more and better amenities than hotels 10 times its side. Wonderful roof top restaurant for a la carte breakfast, (not open until 800 but breakfast buffet open at 700 but enjoyed the views and food more on the roof. You can use the buffet if you hadnt previously booked it for$20.00 a person.Alsio open at night for dinner until 1130. Walked in at 1115 one night to just get a dessert and because we were hotel guests they still accomodated us.) In addition hotel had breakfast restaurant on first floor that expanded out into the plaza with outddor heated seating that had views of the astrological clock.Both locations had bars but they also had a terrific bar called Black Angel on a basement level that a old time speakeasy vibe. Very comfortable room. And rather large for a large city. Front desk opened 24 hours a day which was great for dropping our room key off every time we left the hotel so we werent concerned about losing the antigue key used to open the door for our room. From the front desk to all the restaurant staff , everyone was accommodating and because unfortunately we dild not speak another language, everyone we encountered did speak English. "

"We stayed here 5 nights. The location is perfect, the breakfast is generous, and the staff was very helpful, e.g., Rita got us a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night - at the last minute, which is tough to do in Prague."

"Excellent hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to tram and metro stops, just on the edge of the old town. Excellent buffet breakfast and great restaurant for lunches and evening meals. Executive lounge was fantastic for light snacks throughout the day, with really friendly staff."

"Breakfast was really nice. lots of healthy options , the fresh sourdough baked in the hotel was so good I bought a loaf to take home . the Room was really nice, it was quiet and private . I was hesitant from the photos that the hotel might not feel warm or may not feel luxury but I was proved wrong, the hotel was built 20 years ago and has really stood the test of time. The top floor Gym and Sauna were great and felt really easy to use ... Staff were really friendly and welcoming and good at their jobs nothing felt like it was too much to ask they were always so accommodating and professional and happy. My only improvement would be to the courtyard garden which could do with a bit of love from a gardener for a day as it felt a little underwhelming of its potential but it was still March so im sure it comes to life in Spring time , it was still really nice though, the hotel feels like a hommage to 1970s Modern design . Id definitely recommend staying here especially if you like style and good taste. "

"Rooms are spacious and very confortable. Breakfast was amazinly good! It had everything for all tastes! That was definetely a Plus to start the day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower head that was loose and they fixed it inmediately. Location is great, in the middle of old city closed to all attractions. We would definetely stay here again!"

"the location and overall setting were nice, the service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. After a full day out, we returned to find it exactly as we left it. We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards.
