"What a lovely stay! First, the staff were just SUPERB! We were delayed by our airline for two days and had to vacate our previous accommodations, so we moved just down the street. They stored our four suitcases, then called us as soon as the room was ready. Second, the room was spotless and well-appointed. Finally, breakfast the next morning was outstanding! A special shout out to Adam at the front desk and Carolina in the dining room- so friendly and efficient. Carolina showed true leadership and excellence in customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our delay much less painful."

"The room was very clean and the location was great for walking across the bridge. The hotel stay inside felt like a castle with high ceilings, crown moldings into the ceilings, and renissance style pictures hung in the hallways. Doors are somewhat like vault doors. Interesting place to stay, not super plush but comfortable. The front desk gentleman was super nice and helpful. Our main language is English and we could communicate very easily with him as we don’t speak their native language in Prague."
