Wish they had provided tea/coffee in the room. About 15 minute walk to Shibuya station, or can walk about 5 minutes to the closest station for transfers. "

"Our stay was amazing. Staffs are very helpful especially lady checked in us. We had buffet dinner and breakfast, there are so many choices also all foods quality was amazing. The hotel connected to Yunessans onsen theme park, it is big plus. We recommend this hotel."

"If you are going to Hakone, you should stay, and stay at the Fujiya Hotel for at least two nights. This place is magical, and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The onsen is the definition of relaxing and has amazing views. The massage and facial were amazing. The western breakfast was so good, and the dinner at the restaurants in the hotel is worth the price for the experience. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here if you pass through Hakone!"
