It's just a few steps from Earl's Court station, but somehow feels incredibly calm and tucked away from the bustle of London. The beautiful back garden was one of our favorite spots. If we hadn't been out exploring the city every day, we would have happily spent hours there reading and relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, and the bar served some wonderfully eclectic cocktails. "Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again."

"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying.
Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices.
On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

"Clean room, very helpful staff. Overall a very positive experience except that a rat ran across the parking lot from the smokers area into the bushes while we were standing there waiting for a cab to take us to dinner at about 6:30 pm. Kind of made me wonder….."

"The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. We couldn't see the point of the massive television, that was too close to watch anyway.
The parking area was roomy and secure.

"I paid for a room with a window the window does not open.
Was so hot no air on.
The room was not clean stains on the bedding the floor was covered in dust and human hair.
You go into the bathroom there was a huge nail sticking out on the floor.
Booked 2 people only got 1 towel?
The staff behind desk was nice.
But will never go back."
