"We booked this hotel as it was handy for us, as we were flying from Bristol Airport the next day. Check in was good enough but the room smelled of cigarettes. Went to reception and they offered a different room but we just wanted an air freshener to sort it, as we were only there for one night. Couldn't ..."

"Hotel is very well situated for exploring city. Plenty of good eating places nearby. For a city break rooms are fine. Such a shame there so little wardrobe space and no shelf or drawer space."
