Entire home: Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, kitchen, living room, office, and all indoor living spaces.

Office space: The home features an office with 2 desks and AC, available for guest use — perfect for remote work or study.
Laundry & Garage: Washer and dryer are available for guest use in the right side of the garage. The left side is owner storage and is not accessible.
Parking: Free driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles, including room for an RV or additional toys.
Off-limits: Cleaners’ supply closet and the left side of the garage are locked and not accessible to guests.

Non-shedding dogs are allowed on the furniture. Shedding dogs are not permitted on the furniture. An extra cleaning fee will apply if pets are found on furniture contrary to this policy.

Sports Equipment Feel free to enjoy our sports equipment responsibly, but usage is at your own risk.
