Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge we stayed in was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted, including an excellent range of kitchen utensils. The onsite facilities were perfect, and we really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The food in the bar was high quality, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
