"The location was convenient and the room was a good size. The breakfast was lacking. My family of 5 wasn’t able to find enough to eat due to lack of replenishing. When we asked about it the man in charge just shrugged his shoulders. The cutlery and plates were also not particularly clean. The pool was nice and the gym sufficiently appointed. "

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "

"We had a spacious , clean room with a great breakfast. Love the quiet heat/ air conditioner. "

"The pictures online look different than the actual property and place. The place seems a bit run down. The furniture and fixtures were all older. But it was a warm relief to be there on a snowy night. "
