"Our room and the entire building had so much character. The building access and security was easy and the room amenities were wonderful. The heating/ cooling was way too noisy though and the air velocity was so high that the warm air felt cool by the time it reached us."

"The location of this studio apartment was perfect for my stay being very close to family in Penfield NY. The area offered many and varied dining options which were all within this very walkable city. The studio was exactly as described: clean and fresh with a wonderful shower, great water pressure. The unit is on the ground floor which provided easy access and had it's own dedicated parking spot. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to use it again for any future stays."
