"Tv did not work in room, low on staff, front desk phone never answered, trash around the property my entire stay, room was decently clean "

"Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom being so high up? I’m 5 feet tall and totally struggled taking a showing and not having the stuff run down my arm as I’m pumping them into my hands because of height. The dispensers were at eye level for my 6 foot tall son who had a good laugh hearing me cursing throughout my shower. "

"From the minute we arrived Sara (General Manager) greeted us with a smile, The check-in was easy. Sara knew we had 2 dogs and gave us a room right across from the stairwell so that we could easily get them outside for walks and bathroom runs. She also let us know where the safe areas were so that we did not have to worry about cars in and out of the parking lot. When we went to breakfast, the tables were always spotless. The breakfast attendant made sure that all the food was constantly re-stocked and never ran out. She was always moving cleaning tables, emptying garbage, etc. Breakfast had two types of fruit, as well as an assortment of bagels, yogurt toppings, cereals, etc. There is 24 hours of free coffee and tea. Our room was spotless and it appeared that the room attendants truly take pride in their work. Will definitely stay there again! "

"Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel."

"The bathroom floor was not clean, there was hair. Bed sheets felt sandy and had stains all over them. When we asked for new sheets staff rudely handed us a sheet and walked away. The smell of weed was everywhere in the building enough to knock you over and staff was aware but didnt care. It was noisy with yelling people. No breakfast as advertised. A dirty coffee machine with no lids, spoons, creamer or anything. Broken steps and fire extinguisher boxes, not well maintained. Couldnt find the elevator to take with my hurt knee. "

"The Keurig coffee maker had no water. I had to fill it myself and the industrial coffee maker was broken."

"The bathroom needs to be clean thoroughly, because the makeup mirror is little bit sticky and dusty. And also the tissue paper box has someone’s hair in it. The room is a little bit cool during night , but the fan is on all the time. "
