"Beautiful upstairs kitchen and living room with a curtained-off bedroom. We didn't feel like we were in a busy neighborhood. The downstairs bedroom was also very comfortable and modern. Both bathrooms were located downstairs, as were the washer and dryer."

"We had a 5 star stay! Visited Rochester for a wedding, stayed here with our children and grandchildren and loved it. Easy walk to restaurants, don’t miss Pittsford Dairy for ice cream. We found a few playgrounds close by for our grandchildren. The home was very clean and nicely appointed, everything we needed to dine in a few nights. Communication with Tim was excellent. Great stay!"

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"This was a place we had picked on short notice! It met and exceeded our expectations!! The room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent!!! Milena was very accommodating for our breakfast and was delicious!!!! Would not only stay here again but would highly recommend to others!!!"

"This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!"

"We thought it was great and nicely furnished with the two king sized beds. However, you should note in the description that there isn’t a microwave, you can’t wear shoes inside, and parking can be a little challenging if you have more than one vehicle and any type of vehicle bigger than an SVU you’d need to park on the street. While the host was very accommodating for the two senior renters and offered to take the luggage into the unit it should be noted in the description that there is no elevator accommodation and you’re required to go up about 20 steps to the unit. Thanks."
