"Odor upon entering the room. Seemed unsafe as police vehicles were nearby and at one point 5 were in the parking lot."

"I want to start off with upkeep is the biggest factor for me, and it is why my score isn’t at a 4-5. Water pressure from the toilet is very poor. It requires a good 5-10 minutes if you want to flush more than once. Cleanliness wise, there were set-in stains that are on the toilet and the shower floor. Perhaps it’s just chips of ceramic that were gone from use and maybe hard water stains in the shower. That’s not something that the cleaning staff could reasonably fix without heavy duty cleaning agents or would require maintenance staff to repair/replace toilets. The cleaning staff was so kind to me during my stay. They get an A+ especially since the second I got into the room, it didn’t feel gross like this one Holiday Inn I stayed at in Tampa. Again to reiterate: the cleanliness issues requires more than just the staff to use the same products. They don’t have any blame in this. Lighting in the rooms could be better, but it’s not something insanely important for most people. The elevator door in the parking garage is *very* shaky. First ride was a bit concerning until I realized that it’s an ongoing thing. Aside from those issues, I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite. It’s clear they value customer service. Front staff is great per usual. Special shout out to Jah from Parking who was very kind to take a photo of me and my friend that dropped me off one day! "

"Do not stay here. This hotel is beyond absolute anything was ever a motel day that I’ve ever seen anywhere else. This is a vagrant hotel. The staff is incredibly rude to pay in customers. I don’t know it’s a vagrant hotel they do nothing to help you on any of situations in the room, which start as this bug cockroaches from the vagrant living in the room leaking into other room no towels when you ask for towels and if they give you towels, they look like they’ve been used in a Car Wash toilet paper. They doll out one a day and you must walk at the property to get another toilet paper if they have any shops nearby or None avoid this hotel at all cost. Do not stay here."

"Everything about the stay was great. We didnt get to enjoy the pool or other amenities but the room and the food area was great."

"The backyard was amazing the view and setting was very nice to hang around after finishing the day."

"We loved this hotel- the ambiance was rustic and sweet. The staff really went out of their way to help and inform us. We were able to take our car from the valet guys as many times as we needed and they always brought it to us with a kind attitude. They have a fridge that they are willing to let you store items in and they would get us our items whenever we needed. Really great people who worked there. We'll come back!!"
