"Favorite place to stay in Wells. Cabins are great with two dogs, and we can cook breakfast in the kitchen rather than wait in lines. Near restaurants, the beach and the grocery store."

"Bathroom was a no go : need a deep clean. Bugs around the sink (maybe because of the old window that was open when we arrived). Shower curtain was dirty and toilet seat cover was old and didn’t look good. Staff was super nice when we arrived. Pool looks great. Beds were nice. Good location, price a little high for the quality."
