"Bed sheets weren't the cleanest and we were expecting a separate bedroom and not a studio as shown in the pictures. Overall staff was great, but just not what we expected. The pictures showed a full size bed not a pull out. "

"The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cute and comfortable. I loved the location. Literally a 1/2 block to the beach, with some bars, restaurants. The Taco Beach Shack out front had good food, friendly service and a pretty good Margarita, too. I will likely come back for a few days. I only had 1 night before getting on a cruise this time."

"This place blew me away for the price I paid. I expected a room and I received a luxury apartment with double balcony for $160. The location is amazing on Hollywood beach. It’s a short walking distance on the boardwalk next to the hotel to bars and restaurants that play music and serve good food. I’m booking another stay asap!"

"One of the nicest resorts we've stayed at either for couples (any age) or families! So much to do right around hotel. 3 pools (one adult only on 11th floor with own bar and huge patio overlooking ocean). Highly recommend the JWB steak house at Resort. Rooms and lobby are beautiful and employees are amazing and happy and friendly. Will absolutely go back to this Resort. "
