"I really tried to like this location for what it was - close to the ocean. The stained furniture in the room, the filthy pool/hot tub area, the lack of any way to get a bottle of water or soda to your room, destroyed any chances of me coming back to this property. "

"This property is really close to the beach, which was a big plus. The place itself is old and needs repairs, but it was clean. I also like the fact that it has a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove in case I wanted to cook. Lots of places to eat nearby that were walkable distance. Great stay for the price"

"The place appears run down on the outside, but the rooms are actually very nice. It is very close to walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk, which is amazing. It was very hard to get someone on the phone at the front desk and would always have to walk down there to the office, but the office was close so it wasn’t a big deal. "

"This location is located steps away from the beach. They have plenty of amenities to include laundry soap, even a beach towel. The TV worked. The air conditioner was extremely cold. I did have to ask him to come and show me how to turn it down. The hot water did go out, but they came as soon as possible with maintenance to get it back up and running. I did have to go one day without hot water. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t the worst. Either check out. Instructions were emailed to me. I did not know how to check out. I did text message the host and let them know that I didn’t know how to check out, but I had locked up. I do advise that you watch your emails for checkout instructions. Check out. Instructions are on the website but you have to click check-in and scroll all the way down before you can find how to check out that was my only issues overall it was a very pleasant day and the staff although we’re not on site they were very quick with responding to all text messages "

"Room and hotel property are just fine to spend a day or short stay. I would not recommend it for longer stays. The location is great, close to the beach, but there is a taller building in front so the hotel doesn't have any beach views. There are washer and dryers outside in the hallway and it looks a little bit cluttered. The staff was very nice, but I would not recommend it. "
