"Our stay was wonderful. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage. They offered towels and beach chairs to enjoy as well. As soon as the room was ready they called us. It was perfectly clean. Overall we had a wonderful time. Definitely will stay here again."

"I accidentally locked myself out of my room #11 shortly after arriving around 7pm Friday. I called the assistance phone number posted on the office door for help. The woman who answered was very rude and suggested I had two options: sleep outside on the hotel property overnight or pick the lock "with a knife". What? No help, no followup phone call, just a refusal to come open the door to my room saying she was an hour away. The next day the hotel office was supposed to open at 9am according to the recording on the "assistance" phone number. No one showed up by 10:30am, stiffing me and another hotel guest that was there at 8:45am to check her bags before waiting for formal room check that afternoon. The room smelled musty/?mold, the pillows were a joke and smelled like they had been stored in an attic for years. I have requested a phone call to discuss a refund and have been ghosted."

"Highly recommend. Shuttle service to and from airport and cruise terminal was hassle free and timely. The breakfast was good, automatic pancake maker was cool all of which was complimentary but I must say the ease of having an extended amount of drinks, snacks AND FROZEN ICE CREAM for an additional charge was convenient. The room was clean as expected. The staff was a true pleasure to interact with. We will be returning. Kudos to the your staff!"

"First off, the staff are amazing, this is not about them. The issue with this place is that it smells of mildew, some rooms worse than others, but you get an early preview of this in the lobby. The rooms are not cleaned very well, shower has hair in it and appears to have been used to wash a dog/animal that had clawed the bottom of the tub. The animal also appears to have attempted to tear its way through the bottom of the bathroom door since a large chunk of the bottom of the door is missing. Don't expect all rooms to be the same, one had a phone while another did not. One had a large nice TV and the other had a small TV with the backlight bleeding through. No fridge, one communal microwave in the lobby. Pool has ducks swimming in it and is not maintained frequently, debris floating around as well as dead bugs. For the amount paid per night here, it is not worth the price. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $40-$50 and get a decent hotel."
