The area was super beautiful so we loved having the beach so close yet not the noise of the board walk. We loved having breakfast on the property and parking was super easy as well. Although our room was a small one bedroom, we did not mind as we were walking at the beach exploring the sights. For a couple who wants to explore the area and is not concerned about a big room, this is perfect! We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Beach.

From the outside the building looks a bit rough but once you are inside the court it is quite cute. Rooms are modest but decent enough. Could use glasses fir drinking, hand towels and kleenex. We were a bit late for breakfast so there wadnt much to chose from but thats our fault. We were early fir check in but they accommodated us. Would stay there again

Very conveniently located literally 30 seconds from the beach and that’s if you walk slowly, premises were clean, breakfast buffet good enough, perfect way to enjoy Hollywood Beach!

The good and the bad.

Booked a stay for a short get away to the beach. Best part was the proximity to the beach. Staff was friendly. No problems with parking. Found parking right outfront. However, our room had a portable AC unit that was very loud, I guess wall unit was not working. There was no hot water and when i called the front desk no answer.

Check in process was awful slow and outside of the propriety. Breakfast was right outside my room so I was lucky compared to ppl that had to come to the propriety for breakfast. Room was super clean that was a big plus. Paying for parking was unexpected and additional expense

Have stayed here many times in the past and this visit was noticeably different, in a bad way. Still in a great location, but instead of the charm and friendliness of the Italian family who previously owned the property, now you get to deal with the indifference and even arrogance of a large corporate owner. Customer service was poor at best. Room 2011 was clean and cool, but had issues. The shower lacked anywhere to place shampoo or soap except the floor. Towels were poor quality and in short supply. Kitchenette was bare, Floor needed work. Room 2112 had the same issues plus the bathroom fan was out resulting in a mildewed ceiling and the mattress rivaled the tacos was had for lunch on the boardwalk. Will be looking for a new place to stay next time.

Cheap motel

It's really not worth the price when you pay for parking at $18 and a $25 "resort fee" but it's far from a resort. It's like 5 blocks of different motels owned by the same company. They switched out room when we got there to a free "upgrade apartment" however it was 2 double beds whenever the room I reserved was a queen bed room. So it was super uncomfortable. I didn't have any roach problems like I saw in other reviews. But the rooms are dated & felt like a cheap apartment for sure. The water pressure and shower head were awful. We were luckily only staying one night and I was trying to feel the down south vibe by staying somewhere different but honestly for what we paid I could've just stayed at the nice Marriott down the road and not had the problems. I wouldn't stay again
