"Came to the hotel for a vacation and to finally sleep in. Instead was woken up by a fire alarm at 5am. We evacuated and exited out. My husband and I immediately saw employees laughing at us. Did not sit well. There was no free breakfast. Room was clean. "

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. And The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the walk of fame which is also where the Dolby theater is (Hollywood Oscars and premieres) and a lot of the city tour buses are located there. If you’re a tourist or a first time visitor, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"They have Cockroaches, and the manager did not make any solution, she did not apologize. She just complained to me why did I told Expedia about my problem with the Cockroaches. "

"Super clean, but soooo basic. The "Deluxe King Suite" I booked was a white box with no furniture except for the bed and a cheap black table with a hard bench and 2 hard chairs. Ikea furniture would have been better. No wall decoration at all. All the picture on the website show couches and chairs, desks and coffee tables and interesting walls. This one had none of that. Only saving grace was that it was a 10 minute walk to the entrace of Runyon Canyon and I had a spectacular morning hike to the top without having to drive and hunt for parking. "

"The hotel and facilities were absolutely beautiful. The staff were all amazing. However the drinks and food were very very pricey. We had a daily $21 room credit to use and the one night we used it are two drinks minus that fee were still close to $60"

"This was our first time staying at this property, and it was such a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome. They even had fresh-baked cookies available—which were delicious! Although it was just a quick overnight stay, we really enjoyed it. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they’re comfortable and cozy. Overall, it had a lovely atmosphere—perfect for a quaint, relaxing stay."

"The hotel is a great boutique hotel to stay while spending time in the heart of Hollywood. We saw an event at the Pantages Theatre - short walking distance away. The diner attached to hotel has great breakfasts. Rooms are decorated retro and are comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel "
