The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

Room was great, we were upgraded on arrival so our room had a window.
The room was clean and spacious, with a wet room, which was very welcome as we have mobility issues. Emergency cord within easy reach I was impressed.
The breakfast was good but the view was spectacular.
I thoroughly recommend it if you need to be close to Chinatown and Westend theatre.

Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable.
A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue.
Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient.
Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes.

Room was very old, carpet was Disgusting. Mould round the windows and wall. Very noisy. Walls are so thin you can hear other rooms full conversation through out the day and night!
