This duplex style bungalow has shared backyard space including a brand new heated saltwater pool, spa and gas grill. The shared side is also a 1 bed/1 bath. Close to the free trolley stop which is only one block away running north and south on AMI, shops and restaurants. Perfect relaxing beach getaway in a central island location! New to the rental market!

Wish I could stay longer

Great close access to the beautiful beach. The unit was very stylish and comfortable. The pool and whirlpool were awesome.

Great house

Looks just like pictures. Close to the beach & trolley stop. Nice pool. Would be great for a family who wanted to stay together but have some privacy since it's a duplex. Easy check in. Would stay here again.
