- Island Time 104 at Seaside Beach House is a condominium that has long been a favorite to visitors of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. Additionally, it has been completely renovated in May 2018 with new ceilings, floors, bathroom, and kitchen. This affordable loft unit is directly situated on the sugary white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed from the comfortable patio set on the balcony and overlooks the heated pool. You will be able to relax when you are not enjoying the pool or beaches with all new furniture including a King size bed and queen pull out in the living room. It also offers high speed internet, cable as well as 50" smart TV in the living room and a 50" TV in the bedroom.
Relax by the pool or walk another 20 feet and enjoy the beautiful beaches.
Rent bikes or golf carts at Beach Bums on Pine Avenue to enjoy the plentiful attractions and world class restaurants on the island.
*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
