9/10 Wonderful! (2,099 reviews)
Great hotel. New hotel rooms. Very comfortable beds. Gym was good too. Standard but enough. The view of London from the gym was very nice. Buffett breakfast was very very good. Had everything. About a 20 min walk to Big Ben or buckingham palace. Good hotel for sure.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,360 reviews)
Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

"Paying extra to use the leisure club was disappointing. No elevator, lousy TV. Restaurant served surprisingly good food. Good location, with easy access and parking."

7.6/10 Good! (549 reviews)
"I will definitely stay here again. Great location, staff are superb and very friendly. Restaurant is really nice with plenty of menu choices. Only thing worth noting is the room I was in was adjoining on both sides and you hear everything if you are a light sleeper."
