"We were visiting family in Lifton ,Launceston and the surrounding area and had not visited this guest house before,but will certainly go back again.
The house is spotless and beautifully maintained and breakfast is straight forward and well presented a great way to start the day.

"The hut was in a gorgeous location with sheep as neighbours. It was super cosy and comfortable and had all that we needed. Sat outside in the sun having our brekkie was lovely. The hot tub was great but took ages to heat up, maybe as it was a bit damp. We had a lovely time :) "

We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding ,
We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,)
Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready ,
I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week ,

"Booked for a quiet rest after the hectic festive period it fitted the bill to a tee. The set up however makes this a superb location for a family/group to enjoy.
The accommodation is excellent and a lot of thought and care has gone in to, not only the decor but the facilities.
