  • Located just four miles from the beautiful Norfolk coast, this stylish and contemporary cottage is ideally located in the heart of the Georgian town of Holt. A perfect place for couples to explore the wonders of Norfolk. You are ideally located to enjoy everything North Norfolk has to offer. This thriving and unique town offers a wide range of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and located just 4 miles from the beautiful Norfolk coastline, you can explore sandy beaches, wildlife reserves and historic market towns.

    As you enter this charming property you will find the spacious lounge perfect for snuggling up of an evening in front of the wood burner and watching your favourite movie or TV programme on the Smart TV/DVD, within the lounge is the dining area with seating for four to enjoy a home cooked meal after a busy day. From the lounge you will find a stylish well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading up to the first floor you will find two cosy bedrooms to rest your head after a day out and about. The first is a double and the second a twin, across the hall is shower room with large walk in shower and WC.

    Heading outside you will find a patio area to the front of the property with garden furniture perfect for relaxing on a summers evening. There is parking available for one car.
