The day before our arrival, we were informed to anticipate noise from the nearby train and onsite construction. Would have appreciated learning if that sooner as we would have chosen another place to stay. Can not currently recommend staying there under any circumstances.

"Rooms were small but clean. Hotel entrance is not necessarily easiest to find but staff were lovely. This is not a hotel for first dates but certainly a suitable option for a short stay or a cheaper overnight accommodation alternative to pricier Luton airport hotels"
