Stunning Private Compound with Hot Tub, Nearby Beach, Flat Lawn, at ski resort

"This is an AMAZING property! The home is gorgeous and is set up so well. We were a family group of 8 adults and 4 children (3 generations). We loved that every family unit could have their own en-suite bed/bath, the dining room table accommodated us all with ease, the living room easily fit us, kids loved the upstairs play room and my “puzzle expert” daughter in law loved the “puzzle/game room” just off the living room…she could work on her puzzle but still be part of the action. The kitchen is totally equipped. We have stayed in MANY rental properties all around the world and have never had a better equipped kitchen. The hot tub out back got lots of use (nice touch to have a basket of beach towels right near the door out back!). We used the fire pit to make s’mores one night. And the kids enjoyed playing on both front and back lawns. The built in grill on the deck was super handy (and we got a kick out of the old quad lift chair hanging on the deck!). The beds were all super comfy and the provided toiletries were top notch…and “3 daughter in law approved”! We walked to the beach each afternoon, nice to be so close. There was plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles (1 in the garage and 3 in the driveway). Vince was super accessible and responded to ANY of our questions very promptly. The only “drawback” for us (two 70 year olds)…the gorgeous exterior granite steps made hauling all our stuff into the house a small challenge (but I guess that’s why we have 3 grown sons!)"

"WOW, this home exceeded our expectation. Unbelievably beautiful home on the lake The home is well maintained inside and out the kitchen has everything you'll need and then some. Outdoor gas firepit was one of the highlights of our trip. Only had one issue with Traeger BBQ but our amazing host was able to get someone out right away to get it cleaned up and running.Thank you, We will be BACK!!"

"Our family enjoyed a beautiful Fall weekend at this vacation home. The home is clean and comfortable located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice sized kitchen with all the tools needed for preparing meals. It’s a short walk to a dog friendly beach. Convenient to stores in Tahoe City and so many great places to explore on the west side of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Great communication with the host!"

"Excellent communication from the host. The house was exactly as described. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and was situated close to hiking trails and restaurants…perfect for what we were looking for. The living room with the cozy fireplace was an inviting gathering spot. I usually bring my own washcloths, and forgot them this time. That would be the one and only thing I would suggest for guests, is bring your own washcloths. We couldn’t find any."

"A great place to spend the weekend! The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It was quite spacious, with plenty of room for the three of us to relax without feeling crowded. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic option for big groups!! We loved our stay in beautiful Lake Tahoe. The appliances in the bigger cabin could use some updating when compared to the A frame, and you may want to purchase basics if you’re wanting to do some cooking, but everything else was a breeze. Loved the easy access to the lake and the huge tables both on the balcony and dining area. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our 14 person group!Oh and small thing to keep in mind is that there is a five minute walk between cabins - and while that may not seem like a big deal, we ARE in bear country and walking that at night may not be the smartest thing. Be vigilant and maybe drive between the two!"
