"The facility is well located. It is quiet and peaceful. The view is awesome and the property is well maintained. There is some beach nearby, which is nice. The host was responsive and gracious. The only issue we experienced was that we could not figure out how to get two of the three TV's to work. But, you are in Maui... so why are you watching TV anyway? All in all, great place! We would come back again and highly recommend this for large families! We had 9 total, 4 adults and 5 teens. "

"This property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the proximity to food/coffee/shops. It was short drive to some great snorkeling. We liked the fact that it overlooked a public park which made for some enjoyable entertainment. We didn't have to cross a road to access the beach. The description is accurate. "We had the best time evwr at this cute cottage on the beach. The beach is not really great for snorkel, but the green area and pool/spa is amazing. There are several beaches with more sand near by and i cant recommend more the valet parking at sheraton, have a drink and enjoy black rock beach. Everyday there were turtles at our beach and we saw whales in the distance. Our host was very nice. "
