The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Their breakfast was amazing, worth the price. Its conveniently located right next to the train station which was super helpful.

Lovely staff, very convenient location and a good breakfast

Clean and quiet. There were a couple of issues but overall good value for the money. Right near the west end. Tube station around the corner. Nice staff.

Wonderfully welcoming front of house who arranged our 3 night stay on the spot as we weren’t happy with a different hotel we had booked nearby. Excellent value for money, brilliant location within 2 minutes walk of Piccadilly Tube station and their complimentary croissants, muffins, bottles of water, tea and coffee machine in Reception were welcome additions to our stay. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and look forward to staying there again!
