"The room was clean although it seemed bigger in picture. The staff were helpful to an extent. I had ordered room service to bring towels up and nothing was brought, I then went to go to reception to request it again. For the standard and price of the hotel , a smart TV should be available. Having access to only Dutch channels wasn’t helpful at all. Previous Leonardo hotels I’ve stayed in, smart TV’s have always been available in the rooms. So to be told that there aren’t any at all in the hotel was very strange to me. The checkout procedure was also rather long, maybe more staffing required"
