"We had a wonderful time at Taketoritei Hotel Maruyama. Shuttle service was outstanding. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. "Its a typical traditional onsen ryokan with exceptionally focus on customer service. Only gripe would be you either need a local number or go to the tourist center to request for shuttle service"
