"The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience."

"Cool room! Reminded me of a NYC flat apartment. Very clean. Staff was super nice! Absolutely no issues. We were in Memphis for a dance competition at the Renasant Convention center and this hotel was easy to navigate to/from the convention center. "

"Fantastic location right at the train station. The whole hotel has a great vibe to it. Walking distance to the Civil Rights museum. "

"Amazing room with views over the store. Not much to do of an evening though once the store is closed. The shuttle service was an amazing extra. "
