Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 1 car.. Both properties: LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. No smoking. . Renovated in 2019, Bray Holiday Cottages (including refs UK11795 and UK11796), are all superb detached barn conversions nestled in a quiet Lincolnshire Wolds village. Each has its own private hot tub, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Soft towelling robes and slippers are provided. Whether you are looking to get away from it all or looking for a great touring base, these properties are the ideal location. Here you can explore the east coast, lovely beaches, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the market towns of Louth and Horncastle, famous for their many antiques and collectables shops.

    Lincoln, with its famous cathedral and castle is about 35 minutes’ drive away with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness about 30 minutes’ drive. There are great walks and cycle routes straight from the door with plenty of pubs and cafes on your route where you enjoy a cooling drink or delicious meal. Beach 21 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Fantastic place, only 30 min drive to Horncastle and 40 min to Skegness/Lincoln. The cottage was beautiful, so incredibly clean and quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely go back.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Shambles which is in a quiet location.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Shambles which is in a quiet location. The owners add those extra little touches which make it special. The decor is lovely, especially in the bedroom. The bathroom is large and the shower is great. The only thing we could fault is that for us the bed was too soft, but that is personal preference. There is a private roomy outside area with loungers, a small table, a bbq which we did not use and the hot tub which we did make good use of. We were able to eat breakfast outside each day which was lovely. In the evening we ate at both the Blue Bell Inn and Montebello Italian restaurant. The food was excellent in both. We visited some lovely national trust properties nearby and also had a nice walk on the promenade and beach at Mablethorpe. The nearby town of Woodall Spa is nice to wander round too. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

3rd time we have visited this cottage, it's in a lovely quiet location, perfect for getting away from the world for a few days. Very clean, good comfort and excellently maintained including the hot tub.Local towns and the coast only 20 - 30 mins away if you want a drive out.

Amazing stay! They have thought of everything and really made the stay enjoyable! It was a great escape for us, relaxing in the hot tub and cooking on the BBQ. Will be recommending to friends!
