This hotel is next to the Cambridge North train station. Really convenient to not have to walk far with luggage. Train was easy into Cambridge, and bus stops were also conveniently close to hotel. Pool is small (no more than 20 people) I didn't look at the gym facilities. The breakfast was adequate, my opinion is that the breakfast wasn't good value for money, but there are no obvious choices for other places to eat close to hotel. My room had a great shower, and excellent air conditioning which were my main priorities on a super-heated bank holiday weekend.

"After meeting our friends and spending an evening in Cambridge we returned to the crown and punchbowl for a night cap before bed and and found the bar was shut up and all staff had gone home.
