"Good: The hotel room was fine - it had a comfy bed, TV, clean bathroom and a kettle. Bad: We arrived for check-in at 2:15pm and found the hotel's exterior door was locked and no hotel staff to help. We banged on the door to no avail. There was no intercom button or signage to help us. We called the hotel number twice, leaving voice-mail messages both times.
