Great place to stay. The room was cute and had everything we needed. We loved the hand written note they left for us. I recommend if you are looking for an affordable hotel in a decent location. It is all self service, no front desk. But they seem very responsive on Whatsapp and we had no issues checking in or accessing our room.

The cleaning staff was wonderful and sweet when I saw them and the online help staff were able to help me change rooms easily! I was not happy in the windowless room (my own fault) and I was grateful to be able to move. Luggage room is a huge plus and the location was AMAZING. I didn’t use the communal patio space but it looked nice.

Close to transportation and about 25min walk to Gamla Stan or 7 min train ride. Very quiet and safe. Room was a little small for 2 people. I would stay there again but would get a bigger room.

Great stay! The location is excellent, right by the metro and park! The neighborhood was very family-friendly with a grocery store, bakery, and shops around the corner. The property felt safe with a nice back patio, clean shared kitchen/dining area, and elevator. My room was very nice with newer kitchenette equipment, great bathroom lighting, and an excellent shower/water pressure. I stayed in mid-August, and although there’s no AC, the open windows kept the room perfectly cool & comfortable. An initial concern on arrival before check-in was limited lockers in the luggage room, but the room itself is locked and guests left bags there in the room without issue. Overall, clean, comfortable, convenient, and a great location. I feel blessed that my room had just a great view of the park and water. Thank you Bob W!

Beautiful room with a lot of character, lovely view, personal welcoming touches, the fridge, hot pot and microwave we needed, perfectly clean, and...customer support answered me at midnight bc we were having problems getting in! Turns out we were at the wrong hotel. Ummm....embarrassed. But I was happily shocked that the Bob W. staff got on this right away. I was standing outside a hotel with two teens in town, so very much appreciated all the personal help. Cannot say enoigh about this place! We stayed at the Sodermalm location but I would stay at a Bob W. anywhere in the world, based on this stay alone.

Wirklich eine ganz tolle Unterkunft! Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, alles war total sauber und sehr ruhig. Bei Fragen war der Chat immer direkt verfügbar, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht den Bildern auf Expedia. Zusätzlich war es extrem laut. Auch am Wochenende finden Bauarbeiten statt!

Veldig fornøyd med vårt opphold! Enkelt å sjekke inn, finne fram, rent og ganske stille i området. Stoler, bord og krakk så alle fikk sitte da vi kjøpte take away og spiste på rommet en kveld. Det var vannkoker og kaffe/te tilgjengelig. Det eneste negative var at kaffen var i en presskanne som jo gir god kaffe, men da måtte jeg selv tømme og skylle presskanna i den lille vasken på badet før jeg kunne lage kaffe dag 2. skulle gjerne hatt et par porsjonsposer med pulverkaffe, en kaffemaskin eller en filterholder med papirfilter til dryppkaffe så man kan lettere kaste den gamle og lage mer. Litt for avanert vannkoker, kunne trengt en bruksanvisning og det samme med resirkuleringen. Det var en grønn og en rød plastpose, men ingen info om hva som skulle hvor. Vi var uansett stort sett veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og vil trolig velge Bob W igjen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Stockholm. L'appartement était très bien placé à proximité des commerces, du métro et d'un parc. L'endroit était très calme et agréable. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir un petit coin cuisine dans la chambre avec four à micro-ondes et frigidaires. Par ailleurs, le logement était très propre. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Dubbelsängen placera tätt intill vägg, svåråtkomligt för inre sovplats. Ingen läslampa vid denna sovplats. Den andra läslampan var så svag att det inte gick att läsa. Badrummet saknar avställningsytor, tvättstället lutar framåt så saker ramlar ne i handfatet, toarullen placerad så långt bak att man behöver vara akrobat för att nå denna. Lampan i spegeln funkar inte trots personalens koll. Felplacering av all möblemang i förhållande till ytan

La chambre était très propre. Les commodités sont interessantes! La localisation de l’hôtel est bien: quartier tranquille, mais à 15-20 minutes de marche de Gamla Stan. La station de métro est sur le coin de la rue. C’était parfait!

Bodde bokstavligen i en städskrubb. Ett microrum där man knappt kunde stå utanför rummet utan fönster. Riktigt litet och ofräscht badrum med trasigt duschmunstycke.
