"The room was very clean ,staff were pleasant and the shower water was very hot everything was just fine. I didn’t have breakfast because I didn’t get up early."

"Hotel room is great. It better be, considering what it costs. We ate breakfast in hotel restaurant, and only buffet was available, which cost us $71 for two, and food wasn't hot. It's also ridiculous that an upscale hotel with a garage under it charges guests to park: $76 for two nights. People drive from all over to spend time and money in Baltimore, and get gouged for parking! And the parking garage signs read as if customers are likely to be cheaters: "Pay within 15 minutes or get booted and pay fines and fees costing $350." "

"Loud room- both street noise and also you can hear everything that happens in the rooms above, walking and anything on the floor. Nice staff but also tough to unload gear without room to pull up out front. Valet is the thing to do I guess but we parked it ourselves for $10 instead."

"Checked in at 4:00pm and dropped our stuff off in the room. Went to the Orioles game and when we came back our keys wouldn’t work to get in the room. Went to the front desk and was told they moved us to another room. No one contacted me and our stuff was in the original room. They rechecked us in to the original room (after arguing that OUR STUFF WAS IN THE ROOM) and our keys still didn’t work. Went back down to the desk and the gentleman tried to active our keys. Still didn’t work, had to get security to let us in, still no working room key."
