Friendly and Efficient Service from all staff - perfect room / bathroom layout and good breakfast. Parking entrance is tight and spaces can get full. Excellent location close to Horsham centre - but that came with a little road noise affecting sleep. Overall good value for money for our one night stay.

We stayed at Springfields as we were going to a wedding. The church was across the road from the hotel, so a perfect location. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel as we arrived early morning. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great too, and set us up for the day. We'd definitely recommend Springfield

Between Horsham Park and shopping centre with a pub next door and an Indian restaurant around the corner this is a great location. Great breakfasts too.

We had a lovely stay while attending a wedding. Very comfy room and bed, a nice quality full English breakfast plus use of a sewing kit for repairs to a wedding outfit was much appreciated.

What an amazing find, from the moment walking by in the front door to leaving the staff where amazing and so helpful, the roomwas great and the bed was so dreamy, yes ther are towels provided, breakfast was just what I needed, if you are reading this then you have found where you are staying.

A Great Place to Stay

When I visit my home town from New York, I look forward to staying at Springfields. I always feel well taken care of and welcome. The full English breakfast can't be beaten.

Super place to stay

I used my free night here, but would happily pay full rate to stay again. I had a big room, very comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order with friendly service.

Fantastic stay and service

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it does not dissapoint. The host rememberd us and upgraded our room. She was friendly and welcoming and we had everything we needed. Even down to breakfast everything is thought about to make it a fabulous stay. We will be back and I recommend to anyone staying in this area to look them up

Friendly little guest house with welcoming helpful staff. Great advice about where to park and eat locally. Clean and in handy location. There is limited parking through very narrow entrance but our host was accommodating and you can also park on the road ovrrnight until 9am. If you have an electric car there is EV charging a few minutes walk away.

Excellent location and breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean. Our room was on the ground floor and opened onto the Car park, so to have any privacy it was necessary to close the curtains. The tap on the sink in the bathroom only turned one way. It was impossible to have a sink of hot water for my husband to shave. We had to use water from the kettle. The hot water pressure in the shower was low. We have always had an upstairs room here before and had no issues in the past.

Nice place to stay

We received a call the day before so that the host knew what time we would be arriving, and she was looking out for us on our arrival. The room was bright and clean with plenty of storage. Breakfast was nice too and served quickly. We only stayed a night to attend a family barbecue, but would have been happy to stay longer.
