The hotel lost electricity on my floor for the entire day and the next day before checkout. I could not use my room to get ready for my festivities. I was really inconvenient. I love the Whitehall. But țhe management did not compensate me for the inconvenience.

Great location. We was close to everything and the highway. The only issue we had was the power going off and there was no back up generator, we had to wait until the problem was fixed..

Beautiful property, elegant rooms, great dining options. My only complaint is that the TVs in the room are awfully small, especially considering how far back from the TV the beds are. Also, the pool is adequate but the gym felt like a total afterthought. Would be nice to see the amenities picked up a little more.

The walls between rooms are very thin and we could hear people next door who played TV all night long - all night long. The hotel asked the people next door to lower their TV after 1:00am and they put it even louder and played it all night long
