"I have stayed here many times but this may be my last. FIBA World Cup is in town but they are more concerned about that than, giving each customer satisfactory service. My A/C in the room would not get cold and it took forever for the water to get hot. I payed for the breakfast and they gave me issues. ..."

"My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between."
