"We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed it very much. The property was beautiful, room was spacious and conveniently located. The staff was wonderful especially Sumitomo-san. My husband needed medical attention while we were there and she patiently helped us locate an English speaking clinic nearby. She saw us a few days later and remembered us and asked how he was feeling. Everyone was great but she stood out because of this. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again. The tooftop bar was beautiful too. 5 stars all around!"

"Room very comfortable, it had a practical setup, and I had a fantastic view from my windows of the city. Only problem was trying to get the A/C and fan to work. I had to turn it off and on a few times before it kicked in. "

"No frills with all your basic needs met. Stellar location! luggage storage a plus in case you need to store plugged before or after check in and out! The family room was fantastic! a bigger big for a couple and 2 twins with two full bathrooms! very thoughtfully laid out! Would recommend!!"

"Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable."
