I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. "

"A lot of hair on the floors, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was not well cleaned. Staff was nice and helpful. "

"The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working."

"This hotel doesn't take a credit card from outside of China. It makes the check-in very difficult. Many Chinese tourists who stay next door make loud noise at night."

El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales."
