"We loved most of our stay at theGlenview ITC. It was well appointed and very well located in a very large and complicated city. We were so happy to be able to walk everywhere that we wanted to explore. Our room on thw 29th floor had a lot of space and a great view of the river. The only thing that was disappointing was that the swimming pool was being cleaned so we were not able to enjoy that ammenity."

"Quite a way from the train station, but very close to local shops. Recommend a taxi to the metro station and the tuk tuk back to the hotel! We had a high floor level room with good views - especially when there was a spectacular thunderstorm. Staff very helpful and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful."

"There is no words to express my deeply appreciation with Hyatt Regency Chongqing hotel managers with the hospitality and caring,. My sister has incident that she fell down and broke her hips at the beauty salon,. The manager of the hotel has guided us and took us to the hospital until my sister admitted to hospital with the Doctor care. We’re very grateful staying in this hotel , managers and staff super nice and caring, room are very clean, breakfast are excellent. I definitely will recommending my friends and family with this hotel and definitely will come back to visit."

"spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left."
