"This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. "I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal...
