"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "I have stayed at this resort many times and it always serves me well. Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none. As for the rooms, they are spacious, nicely decorated and furnished to high standards with full AC and blacked out curtains, the restaurant is lovely and the bar and adjoining garden area where you can also eat is well manicured and has a fantastic vista. You will not be disappointed and the vfm is incredible."
